A dog was recently euthanized in Ohio due to renal failure. The cause? Raisins.
Raisins and grapes are fairly high on the list of human foods that dogs pose a potentially deadly threat to our four legged friends. As few as 7 raisins can lead to kidney failure in a small dog.
Carrots however, are perfectly safe for your dog, great for their teeth, and a nice low-fat crunchy treat.
For more dangerous human foods, talk to your veterinarian.
